PATTA X DANA LIXENBERG TUPAC BIGGIE

Designed by highly respected graphic design duo Mevis & van Deursen, Amsterdam’s very own Patta and Roma Publications present a visual history of Dana Lixenberg’s iconic photographs of Biggie and Tupac. Initially commissioned by VIBE magazine in 1993 and 1996, these images have been appropriated until this day by innumerable admirers around the world. The book shows both shoots in their entirety for the first time and retraces the unforeseen trajectory and ubiquity of these images.
